2. By accessing our website, engaging our services, or communicating with our representatives, you (“the Client”) agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our website or services.

3. Scope of Services
Molinari Pools provides professional services including (but not limited to):

• Pool design and construction

• Pool resurfacing and remodeling

• Maintenance and cleaning services

• Equipment upgrades and repairs

• Automation systems, heaters, lights, and water features installation

All services are performed by trained professionals according to industry standards and Florida regulations.

4. Estimates, Proposals & Contracts
Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue and are subject to change based on materials, market conditions, and project specifications.
All projects require a signed agreement or proposal acceptance before scheduling begins.
Verbal agreements are not binding.

5. Payments & Deposits

• Deposits are required to secure project scheduling.

• Payment schedules are outlined in the project contract or service agreement.

• Late payments may incur additional charges or suspension of services until the balance is cleared.

• All payments must be made in U.S. dollars unless otherwise agreed in writing.
   

6. Scheduling & Delays
While Molinari Pools strives to meet all project deadlines, scheduling is subject to weather conditions, material availability, and third-party dependencies.
We are not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control. Any changes to the project timeline will be communicated promptly.

7. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate property access and site information.

• Securing necessary permits (unless otherwise specified in writing).

• Maintaining safe access for our staff and equipment.

• Ensuring water, electricity, and other utilities are available during service.
   

8. Warranties & Limitations
Molinari Pools provides warranties as outlined in specific contracts or manufacturer documentation.
We are not liable for damages arising from misuse, neglect, natural disasters, or unauthorized modifications to the pool or its systems.
Any warranty claims must be submitted in writing within the warranty period.

9. Service Cancellation & Termination
Regular maintenance services may be canceled by either party with 30 days’ written notice.
For construction or renovation projects, cancellations after contract execution may result in forfeiture of deposits or reimbursement for materials and labor incurred.

10. Liability Disclaimer
Molinari Pools shall not be held liable for:

• Accidental injury or property damage resulting from pool use or misuse.

• Unsupervised pool usage by children, guests, or pets.

• Indirect, consequential, or incidental damages under any circumstance.

Clients are encouraged to follow all safety guidelines and maintain appropriate pool supervision at all times.

11. Intellectual Property
All website content, images, videos, logos, and written materials are the property of Molinari Pools, Inc.
They may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

12. Privacy Policy
Personal information collected through our website, contact forms, or marketing channels is used solely for communication, scheduling, and service delivery.

13. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.
