Joel Molinari Jr Bio

“My personal ‘Why’ for leading Molinari Pools is to make positive eternal impact on our community in Indian River County and beyond. I am motivated by opportunity, growth and Kingdom-minded stewardship. My desire is to have “bigger-than-me” spiritual, mental, emotional, physical and financial impact on our community. Since I was a boy, I have felt a specific calling to steward business for the good of everyone involved and the growth of the Kingdom of God with the ultimate goal of seeing souls saved and lives changed.”

Joel’s parents founded Molinari Pools, so he grew up working in the business. In 2009, he became more actively involved in the pool service side of the business and took over Pool Guard. In 2012, he began leading the service and repair team, 2015 he took over as Operations Manager, and as President of the company in 2019. January of 2022 saw Joel purchasing the company from his parents and becoming the owner and CEO.

Since then, Joel has strategically positioned the company for growth and expansion by launching a full rebrand and positioning strategy, developing a strong leadership team, documenting core processes for scalability, rolling out a business framework and adding a modification and new build vertical.

He is a student of leadership and approaches learning with a humble heart, knowing that he always has more to learn.

Joel is married to Cristina and together they have two children; Emilee and Aaron. As a family they enjoy road trips, camping, board games, hiking, and anything outdoors. They have a hobby farm at their home in Vero with chickens, ducks and goats, and they serve at their local church together. He also loves finding local cuisine, and in those rare moments of downtime, he enjoys diving, fishing, spear fishing, boating, and hunting.

Joel is grateful and humbled to steward the legacy that is Molinari Pools.
