Where are we going?
Being a part of an organization with a clear vision of where they are going makes for a more successful job experience and a more rewarding and exciting one. We understand this and have decided that sharing that vision is the best way to ensure we bring on people who understand and are excited about that vision. Our vision over the next 10 years is to operate in two locations, complete 150 annual projects, make 1000 weekly route visits, and reach $1,000,000 in annual giving to those in need.

Our search and interview process for every position is conducted in a very thoughtful, thorough, and consistent manner, with a conscious effort to preserve the confidentiality of all candidates. The search committee offers each potential candidate the same consideration throughout the process.
